Those who still encountered problem on previous version of GatewayMkios during modem initialization such as:

  • blank answer on step ‘Cek Stok Simpati’
  • slow response (more than 3 seconds) when working with Wavecom based modem

are highly recommended to apply this update.

Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Close GatewayMkios
  2. Update GatewayMkios to our newest version: 1.0.1.7
  3. Edit ‘GatewayMkios.ini’
  4. Add these lines at the bottom of the file:
    [GSM]
    DCS=15
  5. Start GatewayMkios

In general, this should fix those minor problems when working with Wavecom based modem.

If you still encountered some problem, please visit our helpdesk. Copy the content of GatewayMkios log file and submit your ticket so we can analyze the problem.

Note:
Do not send your log file by email, chat message or any other systems.
